Benefit Programs


We offer a competitive and generous benefit package to meet the diverse needs of our employees and their family members.

Regular full-time and part-time status employees are eligible for the following:

Medical Plan - a competitive PPO medical plan with annual deductible discounting for Wellness plan participants.

Dental & Vision - Optional coverages for entire family, including an orthodontic benefit for dependents under age 19.

Flexible Spending Accounts - Medical and Dependent Care Spending Accounts available allowing participating employees the ability to pay for services on a pre-tax basis.

Life Insurance and AD&D - a free group life insurance policy is provided with matching AD&D with the ability to purchase additional voluntary coverage for self and dependents.

Long Term Disability - employees may purchase additional LTD coverage.

Retirement Savings 401K Plan - available to all employees regardless of status. Employees may set up deferrals at time of hire. Employer begins matching and supplemental contributions after employee meets 1 year of employment and 1,000 hours. Employees are immediately 100% vested in self-deferrals; employer contributions are 100% vested after 6 years.

Earned Time Bank - available to access at time of hire with provisions for sell-back.

Continued Illness Bank - available to access at time of hire to use for illness/injury.
